Nell'ambito dell'insegnamento trasversale dell'educazione civica è prevista l'educazione alla cittadinanza digitale.

ART. 5 COMMA 1

Gli studenti devono sviluppare con gradualità le conoscenza digitali essenziali: -valutare l'affidabilità delle fonti; -conoscere le norme comportamentali da osservare nell'ambito dell'utilizzo delle tecnologie digitali; -conoscere le politiche sulla tutela della riservatezza; -essere in grado di evitare rischi e minacce al proprio e altrui benessere psicofisico (cyberbullismo).

La Consulta dei diritti e dei doveri del bambino e dell'adolescente digitale ha il compito di verificare l'attuazione della norma sull'educazione alla cittadinanza digitale prevista dalla legge sull'introduzione dell'educazione civica a scuola, diffonderne la conoscenza e valutare se è necessario aggiornarla.

Una quota pari a 4 milioni di euro annui è destinata alla formazione dei docenti sulle tematiche afferenti all'insegnamento trasversale dell'educazione civica. Per migliorare la formazione dei docenti la scuola riconsce il loro bisogno formativo e promuove accordi di rete.

La cybersicurezza (o sicurezza informatica) si riferisce a pratiche, tecnologie e processi volti a proteggere reti, dispositivi, programmi e dati da attacchi, danni o accessi non autorizzati. È un campo sempre più importante nell'era digitale, considerando la crescente dipendenza dai sistemi informatici e l'aumento delle minacce cibernetiche.

CYBER SECURETY

Le reti di scuole promuovono la collaborazione tra istituti scolastici per attività didattiche, di ricerca, formazione, amministrazione e scambio di docenti. Queste reti favoriscono la condivisione di risorse umane e tecnologiche, migliorando l'efficienza e la qualità dei servizi educativi. Le tecnologie telematiche sono essenziali per garantire la comunicazione e la cooperazione tra scuole e altri enti. La rete permette di superrare la separazione tra istituti e di coinvolgere attivamente soggetti esterni, come università ed enti locali, in un ottica di crescita territoriale.
