Financial Aid Refund How to Guide

Welcome to Northwest Louisiana Technical Community College. We are excited for you to start your new career journey! This guide is to help you received your Financial Aid Refund.

Start

Check Your Financial Aid Requirements

1) Login to your LOLA Account

2) Click "Financial Aid" in the self service box.

3) Click "Eligibility"

4) Complete any unsatisfied requirements.

5) Meet with your Financial Aid Officer to resolve all unsatisfied requirements.

Has it been more than 48 hours since you registered for classes?

Yes

No

Accept Terms & Conditions

1) Login to LOLA 2) Click "Financial Aid" in the self service box. 3) Select the "Award" tab 4) Select 'Award Aid for Year" 4a) Select the year 4b) Submit5) Select the "Terms and Conditions" tab5a) Click Accept

Setup Your Refund Option

1) Login to LOLA 2) Click "Financial Aid" in the self service box. 3) Click "Set Up your Refund Option"

Option 1

Link your bank account to BankMobile You will need your bank's routing number and account number for this option.

Option 2

Create a BankMobile account which will send you a debit card to use.

Set Up BankMobile

You are...

a brand new student who has never received a refund.

new to NLTCC, but have received a refund from another school.

a returning NLTCC student and you have BankMobile.
