1. Principles for an Efficient Pipeline
1.Know what you want to know
Write out all of the questions that can't be answered from reading a resume alone.
2.Select the minimum viable interviewers
Figure out who can answer those questions and how much time they'll need.
3.Stay Organized
Ideally use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), or at the least a spreadsheet

Prep your Recruiters
Take the time to communicate all of the non-negotiables, and the spirit of the role
Prep your Candidates
Send important documentation over early, and provide backgrounds on everyone they'll be speaking to and give sample topics
Prep your Interviewers
Provide resumes early, provide your interview notes well ahead of the time. Give guidelines on how to give feedback.
