Her recent focus lies in visual data communication, persuasive storytelling, and the fascinating realm of behavioral sciences.

Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from the University of Brasília (UnB), with a focus on Advertising. Holds an MBA in Behavioral Economics from the School of Higher Education in Advertising and Marketing (ESPM), and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Public Policy Evaluation and Monitoring at the National School of Public Administration (Enap).Since 2006, she has been a federal public servant, member of the Specialist in Public Policies and Government Management career, working in different organizations such as the National Youth Secretariat, the Strategic Affairs Secretariat and the Executive Office's Chief of Staff, and the Institutional Relations Secretariat, bodies of the Presidency of the Republic. Her primary areas of work are social policies, public communication, institutional coordination and social participation. She is interested in the decision-making process applied in public policies and in ways to enhance the communication of public policies to citizens.

Adriana Mascarenhas

He is a psychologist and holds a master's degree in Social Psychology from UFRJ. He completed his doctoral studies at the National School of Public Health at Fiocruz. He has held leadership and senior advisory positions in various federal government agencies, including serving as an advisor to the Secretary of Evaluation and Information Management, director of management for the Bolsa Família Program, special advisor to the Minister of Social Development and Hunger Alleviation, advisor and chief of staff to the Minister of Agrarian Development. Between 2011 and 2015, he was seconded to the Government of the State of Rio de Janeiro, where he held the positions of Deputy Secretary for Social Programs Integration and State Secretary for Social Assistance and Human Rights. He worked as a researcher at IPEA and was associated with the International Center for Policies for Inclusive Growth. At Enap, he has served as the General Coordinator of Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Programs and General Coordinator of Innovation, and he is a faculty member in professional master's and doctoral programs. He also teaches courses related to the application of behavioral sciences in public policies.

Antônio Claret Campos Filho

She is a professor of Administration at the Federal University of Technology – Paraná (UTFPR), working in the Professional Master's Program in Public Administration (PROFIAP). She holds a PhD in Administration (Innovation Management) from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV/EBAPE) and a master's and bachelor's degree in Administration from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). She has experience in Innovation and Technology Management, Strategic Management, and Public Administration. She works in the Behavioral Insights Unit (CINCO) at the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI). She is interested in management and research activities related to the learning and innovation process in organizations and, more recently, behavioral sciences in the public context.

Janaína Piana

Sociologist from the University of Brasilia (UnB) and Master in Governance and Development from the National School of Public Administration (Enap). Within the Federal Government, she worked at the National Secretariat for Social Assistance and the National Secretariat for Income and Citizenship, working on services and programs related to social assistance, as well as the Bolsa Família Program, at the Ministry of Development and Social Assistance, Family and Fight against Hunger - MDS. Her main interests include innovation, social policies, behavioral sciences and leadership.

Servio holds a bachelor's degree in Communication/Advertising awarded by the University of Brasilia, as well as a B.A. from the School of Fine Arts of Angoulême, France. Additionally, he holds post-graduate degrees in Sociology from the University Paris VII – Jussieu and in Marketing from the University Toulouse I – Capitole. He has been serving in the Brazilian Public Administration since 2011, as a Specialist in Public Policies and Governmental Management. Throughout his career, he has accumulated experiences at various institutions, including the Secretariat for Women's Policies (SPM), the Ministry of Planning, Budget, and Management (MPOG), the National School of Public Administration (ENAP), and the Brazilian Institute of Museums (IBRAM). His interests encompass a wide range of subjects, including art, communication, culture, socioeconomics, innovation, future scenario prospecting, prototyping, sustainability, narrative economics, and behavioral sciences.

Specialist in Public Policies of the Ministry of Management and Innovation since 2004, with experience in Education on rural areas and Safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage. Furthermore, has working experience at the Brazilian National Congress for nine years.

Eduardo d’Albergaria

He is a professor of psychology at the University of Brasilia since 2009, where he directs Influência.UnB, a lab that applies behavioral sciences to consumer behavior, public safety, personality, traffic, and environmental issues. With a PhD in Psychology, he is a registered psychologist and also holds a degree in gastronomy. Worked as a visiting professor in Victoria (Canada), Coimbra (Portugal), Bologna (Italy), and Zaragoza (Spain).. Among other activities, he was a consultant for Ministries (Justice; Health; Defense; Science, Technology, and Innovation), police forces (Federal; State; Special Forces), the Federal Revenue Office, Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, and the Superior Tribunal of Justice. He also teaches (and does research on) methodology, research design, statistical models, evaluation, and instrument development.

Fabio Iglesias

He has been a Regulation Specialist at the National Electric Energy Agency – ANEEL since 2014. Bachelor’s in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Goiás – UFG, Specialist in Neuroscience and Applied Psychology from Mackenzie University, graduating in Psychology. In the last two years, he worked at ANEEL in the regulation of electrical energy transmission services, having coordinated the project to review the rite of access to the transmission system in the context of expansion of wind and photovoltaic renewable generation. He currently works at CINCO/MGI, focusing on the development, application, and analysis of behavioral experiments. His main areas of interest are behavior analysis, cognitive psychology, applied social psychology, and innovation..

Jorge Humberto

She holds a Master in Public Health and she is specialist in Health Economics. As a member of the career named Public Policy and Governmental Management Specialist, she has worked in different federal government organizations, such as the Ministry of Health (Health Economics Department, Health Surveillance Secretariat and National Cancer Institute), the Office of the Comptroller General and the National School of Public Administration. She has been dedicated to topics such as health costs, public management and leadership, smoking cessation, and more recently behavioral sciences, as part of the Behavioral Insights Unit team. She is passionate about nature, its mysteries, and human spiritual development.

Andréa Cristina Rosa Mendes Peron

Psychologist, Master in People and Organizations Management, and Doctor in Public Administration. As a member of the Public Policy and Government Management Specialist career since 2004, she has been dedicated to topics such as people management, behavioral insights, and innovation in the public sector as subjects of work, research, and knowledge production. Currently, she serves as the coordinator of the Behavioral Insights Unit.

Marizaura Reis de Souza Camões

He holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Brasília (UnB), a master’s degree in international relations and development from Sophia University (Jochi University/Japan), and a master’s degree in defense studies from the War College in Brasília (Escola Superior de Guerra/Brasília). As a member of the public policy and government management career track, he has worked as a civil servant across various ministries, agencies, and the office of the president, focusing on economics, public management, and social participation. He also served as an international advisor at the National School of Public Administration - ENAP and at the Ministries of Environment, Ministry of Economy, and Ministry of Planning, overseeing international cooperation projects with international organizations and bilateral cooperation agencies.

Luís Henrique D'Andrea

Federal employee in the career of experts in Public Policies and Government Management since 2011. Master's degree in Public Health at the National School of Public Health - Fiocruz, specialization in Strategic Information Management at UFMG and graduation in Public Administration at Fundação João Pinheiro. Currently studying Analytical Psychology at the Jungian Institute of Teaching and Research (IJEP).She worked at the Ministry of Health, monitoring and managing public policies; at the Ministry of Economy, with digital transformation policies and at the Ministry of Regional Development, with regulation of social housing programs. She worked as a public employee also in the state of Minas Gerais, from 2008 to 2011, mainly with social defense, public security and government management. Her interests are psychology, behavioral sciences, human development, public policies, information and processes management.

Débora Stephanie Ribeiro

Carla holds a degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and also 2 MBAs: Marketing and Strategic People Management with a focus on Human Development for Managers, both from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). Since 2006, she is a Federal Finance and Control Auditor of the Comptroller General of Brazil (CGU). Throughout these years she worked mainly with transparency, social control, and anti-corruption efforts besides have been coordenated the Prevention Actions and Ombudsman Unit in Rio de Janeiro. Her main interests are management, innovation, integrity, communication, and human behavior in general.

Carla Arêde

Psicóloga, possui mestrado em Psicologia pela Universidade de Brasília (UnB) e doutorado em análise do comportamento pela West Virginia University, nos EUA. Fez pós-doutorado em variabilidade comportamental na USP e é professora adjunta no Departamento de Processos Psicológicos Básicos, Instituto de Psicologia, na UnB. Faz parte da equipe volante da CINCO, unidade de ciências do comportamento do ministério da gestão e inovação em serviços públicos. Seus interesses vão desde a filosofia da psicologia, análise conceitual, análise experimental do comportamento e princípios básicos do comportamento, até questões aplicadas em mais larga escala, como a igualdade social e políticas públicas da perspectiva analítico-comportamental.
