Did в вопосах (?) ставится всегда на первое место в предложении. В отрицаниях (-) did соединется с частичкой not = didn't

My family didn't visit our granny last week.

Вспомогательный глагол did всегда забирает у второго глагола в предложении прошедшую форму
They rode bikes in the park last week. We didn't ride bikes in the park last week.
