Leadership is a quality or ability that certain people have to guide or direct their team, community and even influence people in a positive way. The person who plays the role of leader is usually one who controls his or her character and is capable of making the best decisions for the good of the members of his or her team. The leader is usually a reflective, critical, tough person, but, above all, human, with the ability to transmit confidence and security, and who, as a consequence, helps others to achieve their objectives. INSPIRATION Currently, our country is facing a tough situation in several issues, such as security, health, education and politics. That is why my friend, partner and I are worried about what might happen. Now, more than ever, we have to be motivated and motivate other people, because in the future our generation will be in charge of making the best decisions, decisions that benefit people. But, in order to know what decisions to make, it is necessary to know the skills, qualities and aptitudes that a leader must have; that is why through this escape room you will learn the basic and necessary skills to be a good leader. Finally, it should be mentioned that research was done on the subject and a compilation was made of the most important information that will help you to start being a good leader.
