Actions
- Use College IP, discussions with COLs and teaching teams and formative and summative assessment results, determine the department's area for improvement.
- Match up one of the '12 principles' to the department
- Ask each member of the team to try a different method applying the principle.
- Ask for a brief reflection, (What? So What? Now What?)
- Ask for this to be captured on college IP system and shared in a team meeting.

Completing CPD in teams can contribute to morale and is a focused approach to solving a common problem.

ActionUtilise the digital coaches and widen the net to unrepresented departments to set the aims and vision of digital at Lakes
IMPACT
Collaboration between learning support and the digital coaches to explore assisstive technology and increasing the confidence and use by staff and learners.
Redesign the digital space on Canvas. This could be brought more inline with the new TLA strategy and should be inspiring and supportive for staff to engage with and implement in class.
Development of online 'how to' packages for digital self help and CPD. Could be available for staff and learners.
Explore and develop ideas and examples of how digitial skills can be developed through vocational long term planning, particulary in departments who have limited access to digital equipment.
