Ingvild Goetz is a dealer and collector of arts, who is believed to have the best collection of contemporary arts in Europe. She had particular interest in artistic expressions of social identities and sexual orientations. The Goetz Collection was founded in 2013 and contains more than 5000 works of contemporary art exploring the themes of social quality, respect and empowerment through various mediums.
Boros Collection, Berlin
Housed in a former war bunker, the Boros Collection is a private gallery of contemporary art that dates from 1990 to present. The gallery has retained the atmosphere of the building to its former usage, creating a relevant exhibition space to the art it presents. The gallery can only be visited through regular guided tours, which also include commentary on the history of the building.
