Joaquín Salvador Lavado Tejón, was an Argentine graphic humorist and cartoonist, recognized worldwide for his most famous creation: the comic strip Mafalda. He was born in Mendoza, Argentina, in 1932 and died in the same city in 2020.From a young age, Quino showed a great passion for drawing and humor. He abandoned his Fine Arts studies to devote himself entirely to the world of comics.
