Module 6: Modifications due to Schedule Change or IROPs

IROP Re-Accommodation - Flight Booked Prior To The Launch Of Travel Options If a Guest experiences a schedule change of 60 minutes or more or an IROP, and their flight was booked before the launch of Travel Options, follow the process below: 1. Place the Guest on the new flight using the move option on the reserved flight screen in SkySpeed. This will move the bundle and any other SSRs over to the new flight automatically.

IROP Re-Accommodation - Flight Booked with a Travel Option (Go, Go Savvy, Go Comfy, Go Big) If a Guest experiences a schedule change of 60 minutes or more or an IROP, and their original flight was booked on or after Aug 14 2024, follow the following process: 1. Determine which Travel Option the Guest has. 2. On the Reserved Flights screen, select the affected flight and then select Move. This will move the Travel Option the Guest previously selected and any other SSRs they had over to the new flight automatically.

3. Enter the flight search criteria and select Next. 4. On the availability screen, offer the Guest the available options. • If the Guest has Go or Go Savvy, select the flight the Guest wants (press spacebar) and proceed to step 5. • If the Guest has Go Comfy or Go Big, expand the flight and check if there are sufficient Go Comfy seats or BFS for the number of passengers on the reservation.

• If there are enough seats, select the flight (press spacebar) and go to step 5. • If there aren't enough seats of the type included with their Travel Option, explain to the Guest that their Travel Option is sold out on this flight, and they have the option of selecting a different flight where the Travel Option is available or continuing with this flight where they will not receive all the items included with their Travel Option but will be refunded the value of the items that they will not receive.• Guest decides to select a different flight: 1. Select a different flight where there are enough seats matching their travel option and go to step 5. • Guest decides to continue with this flight: 1. Select the flight (press spacebar). 2. You will see the prompt below which in this example indicates that there are no BFSR (BFS) available on the flight. Select Available on the prompt and then select Next.

Proceed to the Seat Map and assign the Guest Seats: • If the Guest had Go Big and there are Comfy seats available, you may place them in a Comfy seat but you must return to the passengers screen and add the PMSR SSR to the Guest to ensure the seat type is not oversold. If there are no Comfy seats, assign the Guest an available standard seat. • If the Guest had Go Comfy and all are sold out, assign then standard seats. 4. Proceed to the Fees Screen and add the ONO fee code for the amount the Guest is to be refunded as outlined in the eGR article Travel Options - Compensation, then go to the payment screen and issue a refund to the original source of payment. Proceed to step 8.5. Select Next to go to the Reserved Flights screen.6. Proceed to the Seat Map and assign the Guest seats based on the Travel Option they paid for.7. Waive any cost difference for the modification. 8. End record and notate the PNR.
