OBJETIVO

Extraer QDs de colágeno a partir de la piel y huesos de los pescados para acelerar de manera correcta la regeneración de tejido dañado por quemaduras .

JUSTIFICACIÓN

La extracción de QDs de colágeno a partir de piel y huesos de pescado es para tratar aquellas heridas por quemaduras de todos los grados que se encuentran en inici o que no se han tratado correctamente, dando esa regeneración de tejidos más factible y más acelerada, dejando solo una pequeña cicatriz o en su caso sin dejar cicatriz alguna.

La piel es el órgano más grande del cuerpo humano, actúa como barrera protectora, regula la temperatura corporal, el contenido de agua y registra estímulos sensoriales.Dadas sus diversas e importantes funciones, las quemaduras sobre este órgano son un gran problema que afecta no solo a la salud física del paciente, sino también a su calidad de vida.

De acuerdo a estudios los tratamientos que se han usado para tratar las quemaduras, recientemente se ha descrito el uso de xenoinjertos de piel de tilapia, una especie de pez que se cultiva en agua dulce con temperatura entre 31 y 36 °C, siendo la tilapia de Nilo (Oreochromis niloticus) pues presenta que su uso acelera la cicatrización de la piel gracias a que posee una microbiota no infecciosa, altas cantidades de colágeno tipo l y una estructura morfológica similar a la piel humana
