Attendance and punctuality

• Make sure you are punctual and attend all the classes. If you can’t come one day, you should notify the school.
• Please bring your books and some stationary!

Students do 1 hour of homework a week.

Assessment components

You will do 2 mock exams and 6 monthly tests(from the content of your coursebook)

To pass the course you need a global course mark of 60% or more or pass the final exam.

6 AWTs (Assessed writing tasks) , AWT1+2 will be done in class

Exams

All students in the cycle…

• do a mid-course exam- (2nd years do FIRST mock exam, 1st year do a simplified mock) (Jan/Feb).
• do a final exam- (2nd years do FIRST mock exam, 1st year do a simplified mock) (around (Apr/May)
• have a mock speaking exam (1 speaking exam for first years and 2 speaking exams for 2nd years)
