se define como un proceso de autoreflexion y accion en el que el estudiante, estructura , monitorea,y evalua su propio aprendizaje .el aprendizaje autoregulado se asocia con una mayor retencion del contenido una mayor implicacion con los estudios y un mayorrendimiento academico

PLANIFICACION:consiste en organizar, programar y administrar de manera eficaz los recursos materiales, de estudio y de tiempo en el que se trabaje teniendo n cueta la metas a corto plazo

CONTEXTUAL:el estudiante podria optimisar su aprendizaje mediante la ayuda organizando su entorno de trabajo y/o distribuyendo su tiempo de estudio

COGNITIVA: cocimiento y control de una serie de estrategias cognitvas, vinvuladas al procesamiento de la informacion como la ELABORACION LA ORGANIZACION EL APRENDIZAJE EL RENDIMIENTO DEL ESTUDIANTE MOTIVACIONAL: explora el nivel animico del individuo al hacer frente a los deafios que le presenta un proceso particular del aprendizaje

CONTROL: contempla la observacion que realiza el aprendiz asi como los resultados obtenidos y la persistencia en el proceso del aprendizaje

VALORACION:que incorporaria tanto procesos de evaluacion y explicacion de los resultados obtenidos como los modos de reaccionar ante ellos
