4 years ago they started off as helpers but then they decided to start up their very own construction company.Their business sky rocketed thus their phone lines became too busy for them to handle. Therefor they began hiring people all over the world to take calls for them to ensure that they would not miss a business opporunity.Here is where we fall into place as an answering service utilizing a system called pinnacle.

Answering Phrase

The Answering phrase should be always "Good (morning/afternoon/evening) Fineas and Ferb Constructions, this is _________(your name) how may I help you?"Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

The locate function will provide you with any special messages. For example: Office Hours, if the office is closed for the holidays or any special events.

SPECIAL FUNCTION

When answering a call and finding it fit to take a message, we must always ask politly to the customer for their name (first and last) and the spelling of it.Ask the customer for the reason of their call, who are they looking to reach, their address, phone number and additional contact information so that they can reach back out.

There are different types of messages & what they mean:

1. Was the answering phrase stated correctly?2. Did the operator set expectations?3. Did the agent spelled and verify spelling of callers last name?4. Did the agent verify phone numbers?5. Did agent confirm/verify all questions on script and document information accurately? 6. Did agent use "please" and "thank you" during call and avoid sounding like a third party?7. Did the agent verify content of the message and close the call correctly?8. Was the correct grammar and phrasing used? did the agent use the correct hold procedure ?
