How do I do a time audit?
1. Decide how to gather your data: Spreadsheet? Scrap paper? Browser extension? Up to you - Pick one method and stick to it!2. Get prepped: Learn how to use any digital tools you've chosen for your audit. Set reminders if you need them!3. Spend at least 2 weeks recording what you do and when you do it. 3. Categorize the data in a way that makes sense to you. Color code it if that's helpful.
