The population is characterized by the love of pugs and they are very friendly.

Rules

1. Walk Together: At least once a day, citizens should take a walk with their pug to strengthen the bond between them and enjoy the outdoors.
2. Pug Spa Day: Fridays are days dedicated to the well-being of pugs. They are taken for spa treatments, massages, and relaxing baths.
3. Pug Greeting: All citizens must learn the traditional greeting of Patroclopolis, which involves stroking a pug's head gently to show respect.
4. Pug Day Celebration: On the 15th of every month is Pug Day, where festivals, parades, and contests are organized to celebrate these companions.
5. Stress-Free Zones: In all public areas, loud noises or behaviors that may disturb the peace of the pugs are prohibited.
6. Canine Education: The children of Patroclopolis receive classes from a young age on respect, care, and proper communication with the pugs.
7. Wellbeing Priority: The pugs must receive adequate attention at all times.
8. Time of Daily Exercise: At 7:00 a.m., both humans and pugs should take a walk or exercise together to promote the physical and mental health of both.
