Siblings, everywhere
A human asset
As one of 7 kids, my siblings are a constant resource. I’ve learned relationship building with them and find connection to my past. They represent who I could be, who I was, and provide contrast for the person I hope to become. Not to mention that they are an endless source of information: a lawyer, a Ph.D, a dentist, an arborist, a finance girlie, artists, fitness enthusiasts, and more. My siblings live in Louisiana, the Carolinas, and Florida.
My Spanish community

After living in Spain for two years, I forged some very powerful relationship. These are the only friends I’ve ever spent thanksgiving with and people who connect me to a previous phase in my life. I know that I will always have a place to stay with them
Uncle John

My uncle is a social worker and a huge source of inspiration and information encouraging me to pursue the field of social work. He’s someone I admire and a reason that I’m here today. This is Uncle John and Aunt Barbara
Grandma Carole
THE human asset
An absolute baddie. Grandma Carol is cool as all get out. She decorated her house and volunteered when the United Methodist Church reversed the ban on gay marriage for clergy as well as being my biggest ally around my parents.
New College of Florida

My undergraduate university was a small liberal arts college with an incredible alumni network. I’m grateful to be able to turn to this network whenever I’m exploring different professional fields or trying to connect with people in a new city.

A physical asset
My apartment is absolutely my happy place. It’s full of beautiful objects and my two best friends, who I moved here with. It gets incredible sunlight and I have a stellar gym where I workout most days. It’s incredible to have such a comfortable home.

The greenway has an opening right next to my apartment and connects me to several lakes and Uptown. It's a great place for exercise and traven and a space that I get to share with people in my neightborhood

My Subaru has been with me for several years now and participated in several adventures. It’s the go-to roadtrip car with my friends and a place that I feel very safe.
