Factors to consider
There were certain factors and/or situations that may have impacted students' experiences with meal services at their school. These include but are not limited:
- BOY & EOY surveys featured new menus.
- The menu during the MOY survey was the same fall/winter menu they had already given feedback for during BOY.
- MOY survey was mostly focused on asking scholars for votes on possible new recipes.
- Excitement for possible new recipes might have influenced the way they responded about the actual menu during MOY.
- Limited salad bar service due to sporadic staffing limitations.
- Limited premium fruit access due to sporadic food cost limitations.

DATA ANALYSIS FOCUS FOR 24-25 SY
This year our aim is to increase data governance & reporting while also increasing our ability to produce more granular data (menu line specific, region specific, student specifict).
Student Tracking Pilot
FUYF Fall '24 Data Report
Increased Regional Representation
Survey Data Dashboard
FUYF data analysis will begin after Quarterly. We are aiming for data to be accessible for our Fall/Winter Menu 2025 Menu Kick Off in early Spring of 2025.
If met by each campus, the increased data threshold of 50 surveys may help us get more granular data for our TX menu lines & regions.
Will be working on a dashboard data bank for this year's data analysis. This will help increase visualization of data by menu line, state, region, and campus.
2024-2025 menu surveys now include a space for students to add their IDs. Having ID gives us the opportunity to track & follow up with scholars in the future.
