TOTAL QUALITY MANAGMENT
Professor: Guillermo Villaruel. The objective is to learn to use tools and methods to achieve total quality. This includes risk mitigation, problem-solving tools, quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and others, as well as leadership techniques.
Artificial Intelligence Methods
Professor: Saul Nuño, The Artificial Intelligence Methods course introduces the operation of bio-inspired heuristic methods that are applied to solve optimization problems. In addition, this course deals with studying neural network structures commonly used to perform models of classification, regression, and forecast.
Innovation and Entrepreneurship
Proffesor : Jose Antonio Pujals
This course aims to develop students' entrepreneurial mindset and ability to innovate within different organizational and social contexts. It provides theoretical and practical tools to identify opportunities, generate innovative ideas, and create sustainable value through the design of entrepreneurial projects. The course emphasizes problem-solving, creative thinking, and the application of innovation methodologies such as design thinking and business model generation. Profesor: Ximena Resendiz In this fast-paced world, industries are constantly evolving, with new businesses emerging and forcing older ones to reinvent themselves. To stay competitive, organizations need new business models that redesign their value propositions, structures, processes, and systems to consolidate in the market. This course focuses on developing competencies such as designing scalable and viable models, optimizing resources like human capital and technology, generating data-driven insights for better decision-making, presenting business ideas effectively, and fostering ethical entrepreneurship that contributes to community development.
