What are "Expectations" ? (in customer persona) It details what the customer expects in terms of quality, features, service, or overall experience.

What is "Jobs-to-be-done" (JTB)? JTB focuses on understanding the underlying needs and motivations of customers by viewing products or services as solutions to specific tasks or "jobs" that people want to accomplish

What are Customer Interviews? These are structured conversations aimed at understanding/validating customer pain points, needs, and preferences regarding a specific problem or challenge they face.
