Inventory and Evaluation of Tlaxcala's Attractions and Recreational Centers
Tlaxcala is the second smallest state in the country, located in the center of the country, bordering the states of Puebla, Hidalgo and the State of Mexico. Tlaxcala has large mountains, valleys and volcanoes in its geography and has a temperate sub-humid climate. It preserves a great cultural tradition such as the carnival, the bullfighting festival and the charreria.

Means of accesibility
The company has a well-defined mission, vision, values and objectives that allow each employee to have the responsibilities of each position in order to do their job correctly and this is reflected in a good service.
The staff is well trained and very friendly with tourists, which is reflected in the good customer service. It has a wide variety of services such as gastronomy, lodging, recreation, sports and tourism.
The hacienda is located a few minutes from the city of Huamantla, there are signs to get there, it is easily accessible by public and private transportation
It is an inclusive place, capable of receiving any person regardless of their condition or age because it has the necessary infrastructure and trained personnel to provide the required care.
They have quality management systems, reflected in the H,M and clean point labels, which guarantees a pleasant, pleasant and safe stay.

Applicable certifications
They have a lot of certifications like H, M, Punto Limpio,Código Nacional de Conducta and safe travels certification by WTTC.
They have their own website, social networks social networks, contact contact numbers, They have their own web page, social networks, contact telephone numbers, e-mails, as well as contracting other media for their diffusion, and they advertise on the website of the hotel and restaurant association. access and communication with potential tourists.
It is linked to Sectur, also belongs to the WTCC, and maintains a good relationship with the hotels in the state and other associations such as the Tourism Council of the state of Tlaxcala, in order to promote themselves in events such as tourism tianguis and brands like “Tlaxcala, ni te imaginas descubrelo”.
The personnel are trained and are in constant certifications provided by the SECTUR, being one of the most prestigious destinations in the State, it is necessary their professionalization in areas such as safety, inclusion, hygiene and speaking other languages.
The prices are high, however, there is a quality-price ratio, the users/visitors users/visitors are satisfied with the service provided in proportion to what they have paid.
Conclusion
I consider that there is a lack of promotion of the tourist offer because the average obtained was 3.7, which indicates that there are historical and natural resources with the capacity to become tourist attractions capable of satisfying the expectations of tourists. I believe that the tourist attractions do attract visitors, but there is a lack of promotion of their visit, however, there is a lack of service vocation and therefore the training of personnel in customer service and in the same way to know how to handle large groups, since the tourist servers lack experience with large groups of tourists, without a doubt the market is not saturated, there is not so much supply or so much demand, I believe that there is enough for the state to develop and grow through tourism. The type of recreational center that needs to be strengthened I think are the national parks, first because they lack environmental care because they are neglected and also training is needed in order to offer a great experience taking care of the environment and taking into account sustainability. It is worth investing in the state but within a specific, new and accessible tourism market.
