1. Formative Assessments: Ongoing evaluations to monitor student learning 2. Summative Assessments: End-of-unit or end-of-term evaluations to measure overall achievement Both types play essential roles in tracking progress towards TEKS standards mastery.

Summative Assessment Examples
- Review TEKS standards for your subject and grade level
