In this module, you will review GCF and LCM of monomials

Module 1 - Lesson 3

LCM stands for Least Common Multiple. This is the smallest, or least, number that both numbers multiple in to.For example, the LCM of 3 and 5 would be 15. This is the smallest number that both 3 and 5 go in to.

Remember GCF stands for Greatest Common Factor. This is the biggest, or greatest, number that goes in to both numbers in the problem.For example, the GCF of 12 and 15 is 3. 3 is the biggest number that 12 and 15 are both divisible by.
