Incubator
Watch this in action
The standard automated CLD platform, comes with an automated incubator (Liconic STX44) where plates are stored on racks. The incubator is equipped with a barcode reader for generating the inventory and tracking the plates and an automated door to transfer the plates in and out. The size of the incubator is selected according to the throughput required. Temperature and CO2 level are controlled.

Robotic Arm

In integrated workcells, e.g., standard or custom automated CLD platform, the collaborative robotic arm (Biosero PF400) is the limb of the system. It is equipped with finger-like grippers. The arm can precisely move and position plates for processing by the different devices.

Application Programming Interface
cellenONE HT can be controlled in automated workcells through an API scheduler, which is the brain of the system. GreenButtonGo (Biosero) is implemented in the standard automated CLD platform. It is used to create, execute and monitor the workflow through a graphical interface ensures an intuitive user experience. Other schedulers may be used for integration in custom cellenONE HT automated platforms.

Syringe pump
Its primary function is to monitor and regulate the environmental conditions inside the enclosure. By continuously measuring both temperature and humidity, this probe ensures optimal operating conditions for the system. Whether maintaining a specific temperature range for enzymatic reactions or controlling humidity levels to prevent sample desiccation, the probe contributes to the overall stability and accuracy of the cellenONE process.
