Beans
Chocolate Cake
200gr

red beans in cans or soaked all night
of milk or plant-based milk.

Sugar (optional)
Eggs
1) Melt the chocolate 2) Add the sugar, break the eggs in and put the baking powder in 3) Mix the beans into a purée and add it to the mixture 4) Stir well 5) Pour in a mold (approximately 18cm) 6) Bake at 180°C for 25-30 min
Custard
-teaspoon cornstarch -a pinch of saffron -a vanilla pod -50 cl of coconut milk -50g of sugar -4 eggs -Paimpol coco beans
Chickpea flour
Cook the paimpol coco beans for 30 min in unsalted water Drain and mix in a blender the Paimpol Coco beans Crush the dough in a sieve Boil the coco milk with the safran and next to it mix the egg yolk, the sugar and the Paimpol Coco beans blended Add the mix coco milk/safran until a cream is formed
