Navigating the New Normal: Empowering Organisations for Digital Success In 2022-23, we collaborated with twelve different organisations, assisting them in transitioning to a post-COVID world where virtual work and virtual teaching have become the new norm. Our efforts were focused on working with both senior management and educators, guiding them to adapt to these evolving digital practices effectively.

Derbhela Mullan: Founder and Change Management ConsultantWith an Honours degree in Fashion from London College of Fashion, Derbhela Mullan brings over thirty years of experience to her role as a Change Management Consultant at Gairmeach Training Ltd. Her background includes notable positions in the fashion industry, as well as significant contributions to the growth of Praxis Cares, one of Ireland's largest mental health charities. Derbhela's expertise in skills development and organisational change now enriches our approach to vocational education and training.

Aine Hamill : E-learning DeveloperAine Hamill is an Instructional Designer at Gairmeach Training Ltd., holding an Honours Law degree and studying for a Masters in E-learning Design and Development, Aine brings four years of experience in designing and authoring online courses.
