They prioritized innovations that aligned with their visions and were very successful. However, at times, Steve Jobs found it hard to keep a clear mind, he was very demanding to employees which caused a bad image for the company. Approach to leadership Their main approach was to implement their vision of the company to others. This way other people saw their passion and sought to follow them in order to complete this vision.
