Theodorus Van Gogh
Vang Gogh struggled with mental illness throughout his life, but despite his personal challenges, he produced over 2,100 artworks, including about 860 oil paintings,
Van Gogh initially worked as an art dealer, teacher, and preacher before deciding to become a painter at the age of 27.
Paul Gauguin.
He moved to Paris in 1886.
1880
He was mostly self-taught and drew inspiration from nature, the people around him, and other artists of his time.
Some of his most famous paintings include Starry Night, Sunflowers, and The Bedroom. Van Gogh is known for his bold use of color and expressive brushstrokes, which give his work a unique emotional intensity.
He also struggled with mental health issues and famously cut off part of his ear after a heated argument with his friend and fellow painter, Paul Gauguin.
Tragically, Van Gogh died on July 29, 1890, at the age of 37 from a gunshot wound, believed to be self-inflicted.
Today, he is remembered as one of the greatest artists in history
and his works are displayed in major museums around the world.

Visualmente Genial
