Usage:The present simple is used to talk about general facts, habits and universal truths.
Structure: - Affirmative: Subject + base form of the verb (add "s" or "es" for third person singular).- Negative: Subject + do/does + not + base form of the verb.- Interrogative: Do/does + subject + base form of the verb.
Examples:1. Affirmative: She *works* at a bank.2. Negative: They *do not play* soccer.3. Interrogative: *Do* you *like* pizza?
*Usage*: Used for actions happening at the moment of speaking or for future plans.
