During the revision stage, college-level writers focus on improving the overall structure, clarity, and coherence of their writing.

Audience & Purpose: Writers revisit their work to ensure it speaks to the intended audience and fulfills the purpose of the assignment (e.g., argumentative, analytical, etc.).

- Checking Structure & Organization:Writers ensure their ideas flow logically. They may rearrange paragraphs, cut irrelevant information, or add new content to strengthen arguments.
