We use Simple Present to talk about something that happens all the time or repeatedly, or that something is true in general.

Alex is a bus driver. He drives a bus every day. On Saturdays it is his day off, so he goes to the park or spends time with his friends.

• Nurses look after patients in hospitals.
• I usually go out on weekends.
• The earth goes around the sun.
• The café opens at 7:30 in the morning.

• My sister doesn't go to school anymore. She works
