Point Allocation: All COLLeagues receive 150 points on the 1st of the month to recognize colleagues (5 points = $1). People leaders receive an additional 20 points per direct report each month. Your 'To Give' balance expires each end of the month.

Where to Access: The fastest way to access is via the Collegium CARES tile in OKTA OR you can also access via the homepage of Collegium Central.

Getting Started: Navigating the Platform

• Award Level based on level of contribution and impact and remaining points balance
• Nomination Category based on demonstrated Core Values & Leadership Behaviors
• Recognition Story describes why the person is being recognized - this will be published on the feed so ensure you are thoughtful with the write-up

Provide recognition details including the following fields and click Give a Shoutout:

Search for User(s) to recognize. Click the + sign by the user(s) you want to recognize and select either Give a Shouthout or Ecard button on the left (Ecards are not associated with points)

Giving Recognition can be done in several ways! You click either click Directory, Magnifying Glass to Search or the quickest way is to select Give a Shoutout

How to Give Recognition

The write-ups tied to giving recognition should speak to both the above and beyond accomplishment and demonstration of the values and behaviors. Provide details and spend some time on the comment to ensure it's meaningful and keep in mind it will be visible to others via the newsfeed.

The intent is to also recognize demonstration of our Core Values and Leadership Behaviors (I.D.E.A. & Head, Heart, and Guts).

Recognition should be for an individual or individuals who have gone above and beyond their role.

From here you can Search the catalog for items and gift cards. You can select item(s) and Add to Cart, Enter Contact Details & Submit. You will receive an Order Confirmation to the email you entered with order details.

Click Redeem Points on the right side of the homepage or My Awards from the navigation bar. Click Redeem Points. As a reminder 5 points = $1.
