my way of speaking was shaped mostly by the media i consumed and the people i was friends with as a child, this did not change as i grew up, including my current quilt, with whom i've been friends with for more than 7 years now. current memes and trends slip into my vocabulary as my highschool friends use them a lot, for example. furthermore, i only let myself deeply connect with people i think of dearly, thus only those who i choose could have the chance to influence my way of speaking at all.
