SFDC often lacks detailed Decision Criteria, so as a learning outcome, we're challenging ourselves to identify and outline the three types of Decision Criteria in SFDC.

Moving forward, your Manager, Director, and VP will be doing their own deal dissection and they’re going to be asking you the same thing, so be prepared! The more you know, the better you can work with your Manager to identify gaps and create a plan to address them.

It will allow us to reflect on and inspect the deal, uncovering any risks or gaps.
