Why?National holidays are very important in Mexico, since it recognizes our independence as a country, and also connects us with our family through traditions and celebrations held for generations.

Why?The Day of the Dead is important within Mexican culture, since it is a representative holiday of our country and commemorates our ancestors, as well as allowing us to remember that we must live life intensely.

Planning
Transform the workplace with Halloween decorations such as pumpkins, cobwebs, and skeletons. Set up a photo booth for employees to take pictures with their costumes and decorations, encouraging participation and festive spirit.

The activity will take place inside the offices ( first week of november), in which we will bring sugar skulls (typical of Mexico in this tradition), with the names of the collaborators, being a way to integrate the team and staff for each member.

Define budget:
In this activity we are going to bring bread of the dead from Costco, which is vital to celebrate the day of the dead, since it is a typical culinary recipe from Mexico and emblematic of these dates, as well as a good chocolate. To culminate this season, we will invite collaborators to come dressed in a theme (teams by area) to finish these festivities.Define budget:

Organize a gift exchange (Secret Santa or similar) among employees. Ensure the rules are clear and the budget is accessible for everyone. This activity promotes festive spirit and camaraderie among the team.

From December 9th - 13thCollaborators will be drawn to be the secret Santa, for 4 days small details related to them will be sent to the selected person and on the fifth day (December 13th) the final gift will be delivered, which was requested by the selected person. Likewise, on December 13th there will be a gathering inside the office, with the theme being "ugly sweaters" where we will all wear our favorite "ugly sweater."We will place in the entrance hall, next to the Christmas tree, some little Christmas boots with the name of each one of the collaborators. The gifts from secret Santa should go inside each boot according to who they were given.

Why?The offering is an essential element during the Day of the Dead, since it is a way to commemorate our ancestors and dead relatives. Each element of the offering, such as the chopped paper, the candles and the food, has a particular meaning which makes us remember the family member and fill us with joy, remembering the good times with them.
