Viewings
Cancel a viewing
To cancel a viewing you'll need to find the original viewing details which can be found in the Timeline for both the property and the contact. The following guide refers to cancelling the viewing from the property, but the steps are the same if you choose to do it from the contact.

Add viewing follow up notes and feedback
The Cancel Viewing window will appear. Select the relevant cancellation reason and click Confirm Cancellation.
Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties or look for the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right of the screen
Now click the All On/Off option in the top right corner of the screen.
Click the date and time of the viewing to open it in full.
And now click the Viewings filter.
Click Properties on the main toolbar
The Send Confirmation and Set Up Reminders for this Viewing window will appear. Click Send All to send an email or SMS message or Click Cancel if no confirmations are required.
Click the Cancel Viewing button.
Next, click Timeline on the side menu.
