Follow up a viewing
Once the viewing has taken place you will need to follow up on it to collect feedback from the applicant and relay this to the vendor.

Add viewing follow up notes and feedback
Click on the word Viewing highlighted in green next to the viewing you wish to follow up. This will take you back to the viewing record.
Enter the applicant feedback into the relevant box and click send to email it to the vendor or landlord. You can also add internal notes in the lower box if you wish to.
On the planned tasks drop down menu, you can tick the task to show it is completed which removes it from the tasks due on the main dashboard.
From the tasks tile on your main dashboard, select the viewings tab.
You will have all the details you need here to contact the applicant and request their feedback. You can add their comments to the relevant box on screen. Note: If you have PropertyFile activated a request for feedback is automatically sent to the applicant 30 minutes after the viewing has ended. If they haven’t completed the feedback you have the option to resend this request here. Once they have completed the feedback form their comments and ratings will automatically show on this screen
