Team roles
Core Roles
- Project Manager: Oversees the project's progress, ensures deadlines are met, and coordinates with other team members, keeps the team motivated.
- Researcher: Conducts research, collects data, and analyzes information.
- Writer: Imagines and organises the narrative and crafts the final output, ensuring coherence and clarity.
- Communicator: Develops communication strategies, creates presentations, and represents the team to stakeholders.
- Designer: Creates visual materials, designs project outputs, and ensures the project's aesthetic appeal.
