Competitve Salary
Monthly Target:
- Each Service Delivery Team has a monthly target to hit. Achieving 100% or more of this target means your team will earn a bonus of +5% on top of the fixed salary.
- There’s no cap on how much you can earn; for every additional 10% over the target, you can earn an extra 1% of the variable component.
Additional Global Target Bonus:
- If all Client Facing Departments reach their combined Global Target, a bonus of +5% will be added to the gross salaries of all eligible employees.
Client Referral Bonuses:
- 1st Degree Referral:
If you personally introduce a new client to Lexidy and they hire our services, you receive 15% of the payment from their first deal. This applies to both legal and non-legal positions.
- 2nd Degree Referral:
If an existing Lexidy client refers a new client to us, and they sign on for our services, you get 10% of the payment from their first deal. This bonus is available for client-facing positions.

Other benefits will be further explained during the onboarding process. All aspects not included in the presentation will be regulated in the labour contract.Equity details are to be further discussed.
