Facing North and west we can see how the light is already very faded, the sun is no longer bright and is much more difficult to identify.
Do you think if you get lost, it could be possible to find your way back? How? It is possible to head your way back because since the north star is one of the very few stars that seem to be in a “fixed” position, with the knowledge that the night sky revolves around the north star, and even if you have a problem in looking for the north star, first you can identify the big dipper, once the big dipper is recognized you can extend the far edge of the dipper upwards, and that is where the north star will be located.
From the observations of the sky, how could you determine that a year has 365 days? The Earth revolves around the Sun in a path, known as its orbit. It takes the Earth one year, or 365.5 days, to complete one revolution around the Sun. The ancient Egyptians appeared to know that the year was 365.25 days. This was established by observing on what day the heliacal rising of Sirius occurred.
How do you think these observations along a year could be used to predict some phenomena in human civilizations? Observing the pathways of the Sun and Moon over the course of a year can be crucial in predicting various phenomena that significantly impact human civilizations. They can be used for calendar development and weather / climate prediction.
The importance of the description of the pathways of the two most important celestial bodies for the Earth. The two most important celestial bodies are sun and moon, it is important to study, the sun is important to study because of the climate and weather and solar energy, the sun influences the earth's climate its position affects the distribution of the solar energy, the moon is important to study because of the tides the Moon's gravitational pull is the primary driver of ocean tides, and lunar phases the moon faces affects human activities.

11:32am
In this photo we are looking south which means that behind us is north, the sun isn´t very visible because of the clouds but we can clearly see is there because of the light that emerges from behind the clouds.
5:25pm
We can see in the original spot where we’re facing south that the sun is no longer visible at this hour.
3:59 pm
We can see in the photo which is the same spot that the photo before that the sun is no longer in the same position because of the difference in hour so we switched spot to one facing between north and west to see if we could have a better look of the sun but yet again because of the clouds we couldn’t see it clearly, though we can see the way it moved through the day.
The moon
The lunar zenith: 09/01/24 It occurred at 4:12 pmThe fase of the moon: waning crescentThe type of tide you should expect if you were on the beach: This weeke is occurring the spring tide
The moon was not visible from our location because of the climate
