Please be very welcome to your English class. This course aims to foster your abilities in English so you can develop yourself in any environment where English is used as a means of communication.

- Solving PDF documents with grammar exercises. -listening to audios in order to identify main ideas -participating in forums or chats in order to practice your writing. -modeling conversations in order to improve your speaking. -reading different types of texts in order to develop reading comprehension. -You will play kahoot, wordwall games, resolve interactive worksheets to fill online, among others.

Along the semester you will carry out a series of different activities that will help you to improve your performance around the four linguistic abilities; listening, speaking, reading and writing. These activities include:

2. There will be asynchronous activities for homework that you must upload on the Moodle platform and you will work with the eLearning platform goFLUENT.

1. The classes will be in a real-time video call; in the following schedule:

• The connection tolerance for virtual classes is 5 minutes.
• It's mandatory to turn on the camera.

PARTICIPATION (15%)

You will present a topic and demonstrate your understanding in a practical way. It's a final product in each partial period, which can be a presentation, a roleplay, or other creative outputs.

PROJECT WORK (15%)

Try to be as active as possible during the class discussions and activities. It's mandatory to turn on the camera during the whole classes to have participation.
