For MTSS-B Leads

opt out list

Follow these steps to find the list of students in each class whose parents have OPTED OUT of the Screener. These students should NOT be screened. All other students can be screened.

Log in to ESK

general education teachers

Go to your myMNPS folder, and click TN PULSE/ESK.Log in using your MNPS credentials (short email, i.e. jsmith@mnps.org)

Find your class + Complete the Screener

Follow these steps to find your homeroom class in ESK

2. Choose your school

1. Click ESK:SIMS in the top blue bar

5. Click Actions then "Behavior Screener"

4. Select your class

3. Select your name (you may have to scroll down)

Complete the Screener

Choose SRSS-IE (this is the name of the screener we use)Then, for EACH STUDENT, answer all questions Click SAVE and then FINALIZE when you are done

0= Never, 1 = Occasionally, 2 = Sometimes, 3 = Frequently
