The importance of the previous phase will enable us to carry out appropriate hair care, taking into account :

Working with your client's entourage, if they are not/no longer autonomous, enables you to participate in your client's overall care.
Let's take the case of your client, who lives in a precarious situation, and is no longer used to being looked after or looked at... he will most certainly be taken care of by an association and various multidisciplinary professionals. Your approach to restoring his image will contribute to his reconstruction, complementing the approaches of other professionals, with whom it will be interesting to exchange and consult. It's up to you to identify and follow up with them.

Knowing your customer
will enable you to organize your workspace according to their condition, stimulating them and making them active participants in the hairdressing process, while respecting their limits.
The area is organized
in such a way as to facilitate the movement of people while ensuring their privacy, and the equipment used is adapted to the person's situation and contributes to their comfort.

with the person's prior agreement:
- taking into account their condition,
- respecting their pathology and fragility,
- while ensuring that hygiene and asepsis rules are applied,
- creating a relationship of trust,
- communicating verbally and non-verbally,

in order to enable the person to get out of their context (professional, social, personal loss) and regain self-confidence.
