Identifying hair care needs :

  • Establish contact with the customer.
  • Identify and collect relevant data for comprehensive and appropriate care.
  • Acquire a Socio Coiffure SOCO hair care methodology to take into account the needs of people in precarious situations.

identify the person's needs and requirements, in order to define the socio-hairdressing care to be provided, taking into account the person's general condition and showing respect for him or her

Analysis of hair and/or styling needs

Define a suitable hair diagnosis

  • The analysis is precise and relevant, and the effects of the pathology on the hair are identified
  • The different haircare solutions are explored and their relevance assessed
  • The choice of treatments to be carried out is consistent with the person's needs and adapted to his/her pathology and abilities
  • The number of sessions is correctly assessed in relation to the care to be provided
  • Management methods are defined and adapted to the care to be provided and the person's means.

  • his/her reactions to the situation,
  • his/her means,
  • his/her current problems,
  • his/her social, family and professional context,
