The aim of these activities is to either teach or revise prepositions of place. T has a selection of introduction activities that help students remember basic expressions. In addition there are different speaking activities that help students activate the knowledge and practice the expressions in context. You can use the activities from the beginning to the end because they are arranged in the regular lesson order or you can use the activities separately just picking what you want. The activities can be used both in a classroom as well as during individual practice. After every activity you can click the CUP and go to the last page to finish the activity.

Let's meet our friends.
This activity is based on a typical gap-information game. Ss need to dictate the order of their images to their friend. Pair activity - individual practice In pairs ss pick corresponding sets and then students. Each set contains 11 images with different placement. First student A puts their images in order and then dictates them to their friend. When they have finished they change the roles. Team game T puts ss into teams and shows them the page with the images. One by one ss describe the images and T moves them under the correct number. Repeat the same with the other team. HW practice Assign the activity to do at home and prepare all the sentences with the correct placement.
Just click on the arrow and talk about your new friends. Say full sentences. The aim of this activity is to review basic sentences structure and ss ability to talk about personal details. Target lg - His name is... / His favorite food is ... / He is ... years old.
Where are they?
T shows flashcards that represent placement prepositions and elicits full sentences. If ss don't know the expressions or how to talk about it, by clicking the flashcard you can see the example sentence. The sentence disappears after a few seconds, or you can click the image again and it fades out.

Let's match.

The activity elicits s's understanding of the words. SS move the expressions to the correct pictures and check. T can use it as an individual practice or a quick class race.
Sentence time.
Ss practice making sentences based on the flashcards they see. T shows the image and ss need to create the correct sentence. You can turn it into a Team Race or Written practice to reinforce the knowledge and the sentence structure.
