What is stalking?

What is stalking?
Examples include: being monitored on or offline, ordering/cancelling things on the victim's behalf, cyberstalking.
Examples include: unwanted gifts sent or left, unwanted messages, letters or calls, graffiti or damage to property.
Actions are not isolated incidents, but occur repeatedly over time. Examples include: multiple threats or repeated bullying.
