There are three ways to create a new reservation:

• Type Mrs. Linda's name on the Search bar
• Select the reservation check-in date from the Timeline
• Use the (+) button to create a new reservation

Please select one of them.

Select 'New customer' to create a new customer profile

In a real scenario, it's best to provide as many customer details as possible. For this scenario, however, let's create the reservation by adding her email address, as she makes the reservation via email, in addition to the automatically filled-in names in the details.

When creating a new reservation for a customer without an existing profile, we'll be prompted to create a new profile. Therefore, let's select 'New reservation'.

Mrs. Smith's email indicates she wants a deluxe room from September 27th to 30th. To proceed, click on the (+) icon in the Deluxe room row for September 27th. In your system, the (+) icon will appear when you hover your mouse over the rows.
