COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Spanish class is a broad based course designed to introduce the learner to all aspects of foreign language study. Grammar, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills are included. Some cultural information is provided and students will do research and presentations on various cultural topics.

Late work:

I have the expectation that work will be completed on time. This prepares the learner with real life experience of meeting deadlines.That being said, every assignment will be worth 7 character points. Every day late the assignment is the learner will lose one point. After 7 days there will be no making up the assignment, for any reason. Extenuating circumstances will require a meeting to discuss. Should late work become a habit, a meeting will be set up with you and your family to problem solve to help you turn in your work on time.
