It was born from the meeting of Naval Work System's expertise in naval interiors and Building New Solution's sustainable innovation in green building.Two distinct companies, united by the same principle: delivering high-quality products at accessible prices to everyone.

Kajom Capital
Kajom Capital, a partnership between the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Senegal's Sovereign Wealth Fund (FONSIS), focuses on addressing the housing shortage in Senegal by developing affordable homes. The program aims to develop 20,000 housing units over the next 8 to 10 years, with the government targeting the construction of 100,000 affordable homes by 2025
Our goal is to establish our company as a key player in the Senegalese housing market. We aim to contribute significantly to solving the housing deficit. This would position us as a strategic supplier to government initiatives, such as those led by FONSIS and Kajom Capital.
The initiative is not about building factories but instead acquiring homes from developers.
