Another characteristic of "Buffalo" style wings is their orangey color, so I made sure that read clearly. That color also makes it feel a bit spicy.

To make sure this read as "Buffalo" style, we included celery sticks and dipping sauce.

To refresh the foam on beer, add a little pinch of salt right before shooting.

Since this is casual food, we went with the paper and basket instead of dinnerware. It's something you might do for a group to watch the game. Looks fun and clean-up would be a snap.

The stylist sauced these up right before shooting so that they would be shiny and the sauce wouldn't have a chance to make the catfish soggy. She used a paintbrush so we could get the exact amount needed.
